DELIVERY

We will deliver your order via Courier, Register, Express, Local Delivery and Self Pickup.

* Courier Service accepts ONLY street address. Not exceed weight (25kg) and cubic (45 x 45 x 45cm) per parcel.
* Register Service & Express Service accept both street address and PO BOX. Combine delivery available, not exceed the limits.
* Local Delivery accepts ONLY street address. Delivery from Thirroul, Wollongong, Dapto up to Windang area. $9.90 per parcel. Not exceed weight (25kg) and cubic (45 x 45 x 45cm) per parcel.

* Self Pickup - Please call or SMS at 0401-730073 prior pickup. (Weekdays, 9am~5pm). Pickup location: Gipps road and Robsons road , in front of Keiraville Post Office.

Please Note. Courier / Register / Express are 3rd party delivery services. Delivery quote, dates and arrival are estimates only and subject to change without notice. We do not liable to product damaged / loss / delay during the transit, thus, we highly recommend to apply additional insurance.

 


 

WARRANTY

Warranty on parts / peripherals shall be as per their individual manufacturer warranty terms. It commences on the date the receipt is issued to specify period of time. If NO warranty is mentioned in advertising then product does not have warranty.

Warranty does not cover the following,

* physical damage, misuse, mishandle, abuse, incompatibility, incomplete, improper installation, incorrect, inappropriate operation;
* product was serviced, repaired or modified by customer or 3rd party technicians PRIOR notifying PCSPARE.COM;
* warranty seal removed, defaced or not matched in serial number in our record;
* Dead On Arrival (DOA) and Missing Accessories (MA) are not reported within 24 hours after receiving of the goods or 7 days after product delivery dispatched.

 

WARRANTY CLAIM

Warranty claims without a valid proof of purchase and incorrect information (e.g. receipt / invoice / serial no mis-matching, etc) presented will not be accepted. Faulty product must be returned within 14 working days after RA number is issued.

Returning goods MUST be well packaged (protected). Customers are advised to treat return products as fragile items and liable for any further damage caused during or as a result of transit. Under no circumstances as PCSPARE.COM, we are able to accept opened, damaged packaging for return or service. Customers are liable to the delivery cost for sending warranty product back to us. ANY faulty product will be sent for inspection, serviced and returned to our customer as early as possible.

Please notify us prior returning. We are unable to accept product return without Return Authorization.

1) Return Authorization (RA) numbers
2) Completed and signed Request for Warranty Form ---> [ download here ]. PLEASE NOTE, there is update in returning address, which is, PO BOX 30 Keiraville NSW 2500 Australia.
3) RA should includes, faulty product (with all accessories), package(box) and photocopy of purchase proof (receipt).

 


 

REFUND CLAIM

Please note! Product compatibility is NOT covered by warranty claim. For example, software and hardware conflicts. Warranty covers only hardware malfunction within specify time frames.

Where agreed, non-faulty and un-opened goods (factory sealed) for return MUST be in an unsoiled, undamaged and fully resalable condition with their original packing. Any damage to, or markings on the original packaging and missing accessories may deem the goods unsaleable; return claim will be rejected and refund will not be issued if failing to comply in any way.

A restocking fee, 20% of the purchased price will be charged on refund issued as a repackaging and admin fee. There is NO refund on delivery charges.

Please treat return products as fragile items and liable for any further damage caused during or as a result of transit (including lost). Under no circumstances as we are able to accept opened, damaged packaging for return.

Customer is liable to the delivery cost for sending product back. Refund claim based on simply change of mind is invalid according to law.
